The Best and Worst Job Search Methods; a Review of the Job Search Handbook, “What Color is Your Parachute?”

Friday, March 1, 2013 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EST

A repeat of the webinar we offered in the fall, 2012 that provides an express review of the main points in the well-know job search manual “What Color is Your Parachute?” by Richard Bolles.  If you are spending a lot of time with well-known websites like Monster and other large job search engines, author, Bolles, has something to say about that and the webinar host will share these details. The webinar will discuss the rates of effectiveness of common job search techniques, and reveal Bolles’ ‘most effective job search methods’.   Particularly interesting in this webinar will be a side-by-side comparison of how companies prefer to fill jobs compared to how we tend to look for jobs.  It will be an eye opening experience and all alumni are welcome to attend.
